Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with ASPECTO. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
SECTION 1 — READY-MADE DESIGN CASES
This section applies to all cases purchased from our ready-made design collections available in our store.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), as implemented in Greek law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without providing justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@aspecto.gr, clearly stating your order number and your intention to return the item. We will acknowledge your request and provide you with return instructions.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned in the same condition in which you received it, allowing only the handling reasonably necessary to inspect the item
- Be undamaged, except where the damage is due to a defect or error for which ASPECTO is responsible
- Be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation email
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
Return Shipping
We will provide you with the return address and instructions via email.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by ASPECTO, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all eligible payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional delivery cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard option is non-refundable.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed, and in accordance with the applicable statutory time limits. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

SECTION 2 — CUSTOM-DESIGNED CASES
This section applies to all cases produced through our custom case builder, where you have uploaded your own artwork, image, or design and the product is made to your personal specifications.
No Right of Withdrawal
Custom-designed cases are produced specifically to your personal specifications and are therefore exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Greek law.
Accordingly, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-designed orders merely because you change your mind, except in the circumstances described below.
Exceptions — Defects or Errors by ASPECTO
We will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, if:
- The case arrives damaged or defective due to a production error
- The wrong device model or size was produced compared with what you ordered
- The wrong base color was produced compared with what you selected
- There is a significant printing error caused by ASPECTO and clearly unrelated to the quality or characteristics of the file uploaded by the customer
Customer Responsibility
The following are generally not grounds for a return or refund on custom-designed orders:
- Poor print quality caused by a low-resolution, low-quality, or unsuitable image uploaded by the customer
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings, display calibration, or differences between digital and printed color reproduction
- A change of mind after the custom product has been produced
- An incorrect image, artwork, or design uploaded by the customer
- An error made by the customer while using the custom design process
We strongly recommend reviewing your design carefully before submitting your order. Where available, our custom case builder may display a resolution warning if your uploaded image appears too small for optimal print quality.
To report a defect or production error, please contact us at info@aspecto.gr within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.
SECTION 3 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@aspecto.gr with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
SECTION 4 — EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different ready-made item, you may return the original item where eligible under Section 1 and place a new order separately.
Custom-designed products remain subject to the conditions in Section 2.
SECTION 5 — SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS
Any restriction on returns for discounted or promotional items applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Gift cards are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
